Art is messy, and that's part of the fun! The materials we use in our classes include inks, charcoals, oils, glue, and paint. Come dressed for creative chaos, or bring an apron or shirt to protect your clothing.  We offer a variety of classes for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced artists. Unfortunately due to our studio location on the top floor we are not wheelchair accessible. 

 

The majority of classes begin with a slide lecture or a demonstration. This introduction is essential to explaining what we will be doing in the session,  so to avoid missing out please arrive 5 mins before a class is due to begin.  

 

We provide a structured and supportive environment for you to learn drawing, painting and printing skills.  The atmosphere our classes is  friendly and relaxed, we have a short interval during the class, where tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. Tutored sessions usually end with a quick critique of the work and a chance to get some feedback.
